Packages and Curated Boxes

1. We are a second hand book website.
2. Packages
3. You can choose from any of the packages on offer
4. You can select from any of the durations (number of books) on offer.
5. You will receive the number of books you have selected in your package, one arriving each month. We select the books that will be sent to you and you will not know in advance the specific book you will receive each month - that's all part of the excitement!
6. When we send you the last book in your package we will remind you that it is coming to an end. You can then buy another package if you wish. There is no ongoing commitment to purchase future packages.
7. To cancel a package please email us. We do not refund unused parts of a package. However any balance can be offset against another package/box if requested.
8. Boxes
9. You can choose any of the curated boxes available.
10. The number of boxes available in each theme is limited.
11. We select the books that will be sent to you and specifically curate the other items in your box based on the box theme.
12. From time to time new packages, package durations or boxes may be added
13. The total value of the purchase needs to be paid before the first book/box is posted.
14. Package/box prices includes postage to a New Zealand addresses. For overseas addresses a postage surcharge will apply. Please contact us for prices before purchasing

How to pay

1. All purchases are paid in full when taken out.
2. Purchases are in NZ$
3. Payment is by secure (Stripe) credit card/debit card transactions via this website
4. Bank transfer payment is available from NZ bank accounts. Please email us for details

Books

1. All books are second hand. Sharing and exchanging books is what we do!
2. We do our best to make sure that every book is looking it's best, but all books will have signs of wear and tear.
3. All books are yours to keep.

Our guarantee

1. We guarantee to never send you the same book twice.
2. If for some reason we make a mistake, please let us know and we will ask you to return the book and we will replace it with two others from the same category.
3. We will cover all costs associated with returning and delivering new books under this guarantee.

Book exchanges

1. All books sent to you are yours to keep. However we have an exchange programme where if you don't want to keep a book you can return it to us and we will give you a credit towards your next package/box. See the In Exchange section of this website for details
2. Returning the book to us is at your cost.

Curated items returns

1. We do not accept any returns of curated items included in a box.
2. If an item is damaged / broken in transit we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please contact us if this unfortunately happens.
